Downtown street parking and the Arts Alley covered garage are free. The City also operates a free downtown shuttle Monday–Saturday during daytime hours; check the current City page before your trip.
The waterfront is a natural final stop after a downtown afternoon.
The municipal pier and waterfront park include the long fishing-and-strolling pier, benches and covered areas, a marina, rose garden, fountain, picnic areas and beach. The waterfront underwent major improvements completed in 2025.
